The inside of the house embraces the urban feel of downtown Pensacola mixed with the coastal vibe of Pensacola Beach!
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that transitions into the living room.
The living room and dining room area is spacious with two windows that provide more natural light and a door that leads to the backyard.
The upstairs features the master bedroom with a large master bath suite, complete with granite countertops, a stand-up shower, and a large master closet. The room offers a King-size bed, a futon, and a foldable pack and play if traveling with babies or toddlers.
The other two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and furniture. The laundry room is located upstairs, as well as a full guest bathroom.
There is a 4th sleeping area downstairs with a sofa bed/ Entertainment family room.
House Rules & Booking Requirements
- Guests local to the Pensacola area are required to provide a $250 refundable deposit.
- The reservation allows for a maximum of 8 overnight guests.
- A maximum of 10 people may be on the property at any time (including children). Local visitors are permitted; however, the total number of guests must not exceed this limit. Please provide the full names of any local visitors entering the property each day.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
- The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and compliance.
- Parking is limited to one vehicle in the driveway; additional public parking is available next to and in front of the house.
- The primary booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid photo ID is required prior to approval.
- The booking profile must include a clear photo of the guest’s face.
- Please provide the total number of guests (including children) and the full names of all adult guests at the time of booking.
Reservations are confirmed once these requirements are acknowledged and verified.
